IMPORTANT information for obtaining Holiday Vintage Ball tickets
2. Completely fill out the Ticket Order Form, including names of all persons attending, as well as, your email address, and all other information requested. You will also need to include signatures from all Ball attendees (including guests and parents of any minors) which ensures that they have read the Standards of Conduct & Attire and agree to abide by them. Parents of any minor attending the Ball will need to read and sign the Liability Disclaimer.

Tickets may be ordered only by homeschooling families and their children, aged 12 and older. These families, with an attending parent / chaperone (or cell # they may be reached at the night of the ball), may bring non-home schooling guests.
To assure everyone understands the requirements of the evening, we have developed our Standards of Conduct & Attire to be honored by all for the benefit of everyone attending the Ball. This information can be found in the Attire - Ladies, Attire -Gentlemen and Conduct tabs of this site. Non-conformance to the Standards of Conduct & Attire, as determined by the Holiday Vintage Ball committee, may result in denial of admission without a refund. We will also help you in any way we can to meet these standards. These standards are designed to ensure everyone a good, comfortable, profitable evening. We pray that you will enjoy this event as much as we do.

Individual/Guest Rate: $25 per person
Family Rate: $20 per person
Family Rate Requirements: Roanoke-area home-schooling families (parents and children, ages 12 & up living in the same household). At least one parent must attend with student(s) to receive family rate.

*Please note -- There is no minimum date this year; send in your orders as soon as possible. If any of the above items is incomplete or missing, your order will be delayed. As a result, we may not be able to fill your ticket order, if tickets sell out.
